This article will show you how to set up a User role and assign it to your Users.
- Click Settings.
- Click Users.
- Click Create User Role.
- You will be redirected to the Create User Role Page.
- Create a Label. This will be the title of the Role.
- Choose the permissions you will want this Role to have within Zangerine. See image below:

- At the bottom of the page, Click Save User Role.
Next, do the following to add a User to the new Role.
- On the Settings menu, Click Add User.
- You will be redirected to the Add User page.
- Select their Job Title.
- Fill the fields for personal information, and location.
- Select the Role previously created. See Image below:

- Set the User’s Email and Password.
- Click Create User.
When this User logs into Zangerine, they will have access to the areas given to them through the Role you created and assigned their account to.
