How to Create Coupons


How to create a Coupon:

  1. Click Marketing.
  2. Click Manage Coupons.
  3. Click Create.
  1. You will be redirected to the Coupon Edit page.
  1. Add a Title.
  2. Add a Code.
  1. This will be what your customers will use to apply the coupon.
  1. Choose one of the following Types:
  1. By Percentage, for a coupon giving a discount using a selected amount off the price.
  2. Fixed Amount, for a coupon changing the price to a set amount.
  1. Add an Amount.
  1. This specifies the percent off, or new fixed price for the product through the coupon.
  1. Under Assign Products, use the Add Product search bar to select which products the coupon will apply to.
  1. Once you have selected the product, Click +Insert. This will attach the coupon to the product.
  1. You can use this function to add multiple products for the coupon. See image below:
  2. If you do not add any products, the coupon will be applicable to all products.


  1. Add a Minimum Total.
  1. This sets a minimum monetary amount an order must be above for the coupon to be applicable.
  1. Use the Per Customer field to set how many orders a customer can apply this coupon to. The coupon will apply to any items on their order that it is assigned.
  1. If set to zero, a customer will be able to use the coupon on an unlimited amount of orders.
  2. If set to one, a customer will only be able to apply the coupon to one order.
  1. Set the date range for the coupon using the From Date and the To Date.
  1. If an expired coupon is used, the customer will receive an error message stating the coupon is expired, and cannot be used. See image below:


  1. To set the coupon as active, Click the Status box.
  2. In the bottom right, Click the blue create button to finish.
