Set Tiered, Group, or Contract Pricing

Zangerine allows you to set pricing levels for every product. In order to set your tiered pricing, you should first define your customer groups. See the How to Create Customer Groups article for additional information.


  1. Click Catalog.
  2. Click Products.
  3. You will be redirected to the Products page.
  1. Select the Product you want to add tiered pricing to.
  1. You will be redirected to the Edit Product page.
  1. Click the Prices tab.
  1. Under Tiered/Group/Contract Pricing, Select a Customer Group. See image below:



  1. Click the blue Add Tiered Pricing button.
  1. New fields will appear above the menu you selected your customer group from. See image below:



  1. Set the Quantity a customer must order to qualify for the tiered pricing.
  2. Set the discount they will receive in the Amount field.
  1. This will set either the percentage discount they will receive or the new fixed price per unit.
  1. Select either Percentage or Fixed Amount under the Type field.
  2. Click Save And Continue.


You can remove Tiered Pricing at any time by clicking the Red Trash button under the Type field.

You will see this tiered pricing applied in a Sales Order once a customer orders the set amount of a product you have set to qualify.
