This report will give you a look at individual Sales Reps performance in a set date range. The report will populate all orders the rep is attached to, in a given time frame. You will be provided with a graph, and pie chart, showcasing the statuses assigned to the displayed orders. These can be used to see how many created orders have been marked paid, shipped, abandoned etc.
The report will also provide the order’s total sales, Order ID, order creation date, Customer name, sub total, any tax fees, and any shipping fees.
- Click Reports.
- Click Sales Reports.
- You will be redirected to the Managerial Accounting Reports screen.
- Click Sales By Rep.
- You will be redirected to the report. See image below:
- In the top right, Click Advanced Filters.
- Going left to right, do the following:
- Set a Date Range. This will populate data based upon invoice dates.
- Set the Order Statuses you’d like included in the report. Any orders currently set to these statuses will be populated.
- Select the Sales Rep you want to run the report on.
- Optional: Click the check box for Search by Creation Date, to populate data based upon sales order’s creation date instead of invoice dates.
- Click Filter.
- The report will populate in the Graphs and Quick Preview sections.
