Refund Nexio Payments In Zangerine

Sadly, refunds need to happen from time to time. Zangerine makes it a bit less painful by doing it right from the order screen. Here's how:

1. Open the Sales Order in question.

2. Under the Payment information click the red minus next to a payment entry. 

3. Enter your refund amount and click 'submit'.

Note: As shown in the above screenshot, you cannot refund more than the paid amount. Also be aware that if you cannot refund a transaction, you may need additional permissions to access this.
