Purchase Orders By Product Report

This report will allow you to find Purchase orders within a specified time frame across statuses to better understand how you are purchasing your products. The report will auto populate with preset filters for the date range being the current month to date. It will generate a list of all PO's in the set range, including the PO#, the SKU, Product Name, Totals, Vendors etc.
  1. Click "Reports". 
  2. Click "Purchasing Reports".
  3. Click "Purchase Orders By Product".


You can filter the dates as follows:
  1. Click the date range at the top of the "Advanced Filters" box near the top of your screen. (Alternately you can select the "All Time" box.)
  2. Choose the status or statuses that you would like included by using the Status drop down menu.
  3. Choose the desired product name. 
  4. Check the box to Include "Cross-References" if needed.
  5. Click filter.
Note: This report can be exported by clicking the "Download" button to the right of "Exports".
