Picking a Sales Order with Lot Numbers
Lot numbers, like serial numbers are required to complete the picking process. The process is similar to normal picking with a few extra steps.
- Open your Sales Order.
- Click the blue Pick List button.
- You will be redirected to the Picking Module. See image below.
- Select the Fulfillment Warehouse to pick from.
- To fill the quantity for picking, do one of the following:
- Click the Blue Plus button to select all inventory to be picked from one location.
- Manually enter the number to pick from a location in the text box attached to the Blue Plus.
- Use the arrows in the text box to increase or decrease the inventory to pick from the selected location.
- Click the green Pick All button to select all inventory to be picked from one location.
- In the box next to the quantity to pick, scan or type in the Lot Numbers the Inventory is being picked from. See image below:
- You must enter one Lot number per line for each item being picked.
- Click Mark as Picked and Deduct Inventory to complete the picking process.
- If you get an error message <insert error message> preventing you from picking you will want to verify your lot number is correct for that stock location.
