This article will show you how to use reminders for quotes you’ve created and sent to your customers.
- Click Settings.
- Click Configurations.
- You will be redirected to the Configurations screen.
- Click the Orders/Quotes tab.
- You will be redirected to the setting screen for Orders and Quotes. See image below:
- In the Quotes box, Use the Reminder field to set how many days after you send a quote to a customer that Zangerine will send a reminder email to them.
- This email will only be sent out while the quote is in “Sent” status. If they select either Accept or Reject in the quote you sent, they will not receive the reminder. See image below:
- If you want to change the quote reminder time period for specific quotes, use the Reminder Date field in the Date/Time section of a quote. See image below:
- If quote reminders are not going out, please contact support as we may have to enable this for you.
