How to Unpick an Order


Sometimes mistakes happen, and you need to undo picking to start over. There are several ways to access the fulfillment to undo the picking that was completed.



You can access the Order Fulfillment screen through the Sales Order Screen.

  1. Click Sales.
  2. Click Orders.
  1. You will be redirected to the Sales Order List screen.
  1. Select a Sales Order.
  1. You will be redirected to the Sales Order screen.
  1. In the middle of the screen, click Order Fulfillments. The History for the Sales Order will appear.
  2. Under ID, click the Blue Number. See image below.
  1. You will be redirected to the Order Fulfillment screen.




  1. In the History Section, Click the Red Minus button. See image below:




  1. The History will be updated with a new line labeled voided, meaning you’ve unpicked the Order. See image below:




You can also access the Order Fulfillment screen through the Shipping menu item.


  1. Click Shipping.
  2. Click Fulfillments.
  1. You will be redirected to the Order Fulfillments list screen.
  1. Select a fulfillment.
  1. You will be redirected to the Order Fulfillment screen.
  1. In the History section, click the Red Minus button.
  2. The History will be updated with a new line labeled voided, meaning you’ve unpicked the Order.
