This article will show you how to merge two or more companies into a single listing. Doing so will attach company information, including their linked customers, to the desired listing and delete the previously existing record(s).
- Click Customers.
- Click Manage Companies.
- Click Companies.
- You will be redirected to the Company list screen.
- Select the company you want to merge by Clicking their Check Box. See image below:

- At the bottom of the screen, Click Actions.
- Select Merge.
- Note the selected company listing will be deleted when merged leaving only the desired record behind.
- The search company pop-up window will appear. See image below:

- In the search box, search for the company you want your selected account to be merged into. This is the record that will be left after the process is complete.
- Click Confirm.
- The screen will refresh and the company, or companies, will be merged into your desired listing.
